Our standards

Every product on this site clears the same bar.

The collection is deliberately small. A product is added when it meets all five standards below, and it is removed the day it stops meeting one of them. Here is what each standard means, and how we check it.

01

Professional-grade manufacturers

Every product is made in a facility that follows current good manufacturing practice under 21 CFR Part 111, the FDA rule that governs dietary supplements. Our own formulas and the brands we carry are made in facilities that hold NSF GMP registration, which means an independent auditor has verified those practices on site, not only on paper.

How we check: we hold a copy of the NSF certificate for the facility that manufactures each product, and we confirm it annually.

02

Third-party tested

A manufacturer testing its own product is a start. An independent laboratory testing it is the standard. Every product here is tested by a third party for identity, meaning the ingredient is what the label says; potency, meaning the amount matches the label; and contaminants, including heavy metals and microbes.

How we check: a certificate of analysis for every lot, available to you on request.

03

Forms the body can use

The same nutrient comes in forms that differ widely in how well they are absorbed. We choose chelated minerals over oxides, methylated B vitamins over the forms that need conversion, and omega-3 in triglyceride form over ethyl ester. Where the form decides what the body receives, we choose the form first.

How we check: Dr Singh reviews the form of every active ingredient before a product is listed, and names it on the product page.

04

Doses that match the evidence

A label can list an ingredient at a fraction of the amount that has ever been studied, and the product still carries its name. We do not carry those. Every active ingredient appears at the dose the research supports, and we do not carry proprietary blends, which hide the amount of each ingredient behind a single total.

How we check: every product page shows the full Supplement Facts panel with each ingredient and its amount.

05

Nothing that does not belong

No artificial colors or sweeteners, no titanium dioxide, no unnecessary fillers or flow agents, and no common allergens where a cleaner option exists. If an ingredient is in the capsule, it is on the label, and it is there for a reason.

How we check: the "other ingredients" line is reviewed as carefully as the actives, and listed in full on every product page.

After the product is chosen

How every order is stored and shipped.

A well-made supplement can be ruined between the factory and your door. This is how we make sure it is not.

01

Received direct from the manufacturer

Every case arrives at our warehouse from the company that made it. We do not buy from distributors, resellers, or marketplaces, so there is no gray market and no bottle of unknown origin.

02

Stored in climate control

Heat degrades probiotics, fish oils, and many vitamins long before the expiration date, and nothing on the label shows it. Our inventory is held at controlled temperature and humidity from the day it arrives until the day it ships.

03

Checked before it ships

Inventory turns quickly and every order is checked for expiration and seal before it leaves. What reaches you has its full shelf life ahead of it.

04

Shipped within one business day

Orders ship within one business day. Temperature-sensitive products ship with cold packs when the weather calls for it.
