Shipping and returns

We are not taking orders yet, so nothing ships today. Join the list and we will tell you the day the shelf opens. Our full rates, return window and refund terms will be published on this page before the first order is accepted.

How we will ship

Every product is kept in climate-controlled storage until it leaves us, and every order is checked for expiration date and seal before it ships. Orders will ship within one business day. Temperature-sensitive products will ship with cold packs when the weather calls for it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Once we are shipping: if anything arrives damaged, opened or not what you ordered, email hello@thefunctionalmds.com with your order details and a photo, and we will make it right.
