For years the best supplements were available only through a practitioner, and the rest of the market was left to guess. We built Pure Health Designs so that the judgment behind a physician's shelf could be yours, without the appointment.
Why we exist
The same nutrient, sold a hundred ways.
Walk down a supplement aisle, or scroll a marketplace, and you will find a hundred versions of magnesium. Most are the cheapest form, at a dose chosen to fit the bottle, stored in a warehouse that nobody checked, sold by a seller nobody vetted. The label looks the same. The product is not.
A physician chooses differently. The form comes first, because it decides what the body receives. The dose comes from the research, not the marketing. The source is the manufacturer, and the storage is controlled, because a good product handled badly is no longer a good product.
Pure Health Designs is that way of choosing, made into a store. Our own formulas are written to it. The professional brands we carry are chosen by it. And every product page tells you the reason, so that you can make the same choice with your eyes open.
The physician
Dr Singh, MD
Dr Singh is a double board-certified physician in internal medicine and obesity medicine, with advanced certification in functional medicine. He trained in conventional internal medicine, served as a hospitalist and faculty physician at a university medical center, and has practiced for more than a decade, much of it with patients whose conditions had not responded to standard care.
That work is where this store comes from. Choosing supplements for people who are unwell teaches a physician to be exacting about forms, doses, sources, and what is left out of the capsule. Every product here is reviewed by him before it is listed, every formula that carries our name is written by him, and every product page carries his reasoning in his own words.
I choose these products the way I write a plan for a patient: the right form, the right dose, and a reason for every bottle.
